Refund policy

14 days to decide. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are free.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

To start a return or exchange, email opinion.est@outlook.com with your order number, the item, and whether you'd like a refund or a different size. We'll reply with return instructions. Return delivery is on us.

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Faulty or wrong item? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
