Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery cost
- Orders under Dhs. 300: Dhs. 15
- Orders of Dhs. 300 or more: free

The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Address and phone number
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. Our courier may call you before delivery. If a delivery can't be completed because of incorrect details or no answer, we'll contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email opinion.est@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. See our Refund Policy for details.
